Rad is a Crossover Skate Thrash band from Brighton, UK.

Taking influence from skateboarding, Wyld Stalyns, and all things gnarly and bodacious, the band blends classic 80's Thrash and Crossover with elements of modern Metal and Hardcore.

The band are known for bringing back the 80’s LA tradition of crossover thrash shows in skateparks, and for whipping crowds into raging circle pits. They also are long standing supporters of skater-affiliated mental health charity The Ben Raemers Foundation.

Rad has released two EP’s, Toxic Slime and Rad to the Bone, and gigged around the UK supporting Grove Street, Inhuman Nature, False Reality and more.
